privacy
novelumen.com is a single page that shows Novelumen's films and links to them on YouTube and Instagram. There are no accounts, forms, ads or newsletters here.
Analytics, only if you agree
When you accept cookies, we load Google Analytics 4 to count visits: which pages are viewed, roughly where visitors come from, and what device they use. Google sets _ga cookies to tell repeat visits apart. Google Analytics doesn't store IP addresses. Google deletes visit-level data after 2 months.
If you decline or ignore the banner, Google Analytics isn't loaded and no analytics cookies are set. Your choice is saved in your browser's local storage so we don't ask again.
Everything else
- Hosting. The site is hosted on Vercel, which handles each request and keeps short-lived server logs, including IP addresses, for security and to keep the site running.
- Fonts and images are served from novelumen.com itself. Nothing is fetched from Google or YouTube until you click through to a film.
- Links out. YouTube and Instagram have their own privacy policies, which apply once you go there.
